高等职业师范教育“双师型”教师的内涵研究

摘　　要：本文从国外职教师资的培养途径及"以能力为本位"职教模式对教师的要求两方面对高等职业师范教育"双师型"教师的内涵做了一些探讨性的分析和阐述。The article analyzes and expatiates the connotation of ＂double-professionally-titled＂ teachers in higher vocational normal edu- cation from training ways of foreign vocational education teachers and the request of vocational education patterns of ＂ability-orientation＂ to teachers.
