摘　　要：为了培养优秀的第六代土木工程师,结合我校的人才培养目标,强调教师在"教学改革与教学质量工程"中的示范作用,提出教师应树立良好的育才理念;并结合土木工程特点,强化创新的个性教育,重点培养学生工程素养、科学素养,完善对第六代土木工程师的培养。In order to cultivate excellent sixth-generation civil engineers, this article, combining with our school＇s training goal, emphasizes teachers＇demonstration role in ＂the project of teaching reform and teaching quality＂, puts forward that teachers should establish good talent-cultivating ideas. It, combining with the characteristics of civil engineering, strengthens innovative personality education, cultivates students＇engineering quality and scientific quality and perfects the cultivation of the sixth-generation civil engineers.
