摘　　要：目的观察旋毛虫感染对BAlB/c小鼠体内C6胶质瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法用不同剂量的旋毛虫感染BALB/c小鼠,并在不同时间接种C6胶质瘤细胞,荷瘤20d后解剖小鼠,测定小鼠体内肿瘤重量及抑瘤率,并对T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果(1)治疗组(先荷瘤,后接虫)小鼠肿瘤重量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)预防组(先接虫,11d后荷瘤)肿瘤体积和重量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论旋毛虫对BALB/c小鼠体内的C6胶质瘤细胞的生长有一定的抑制作用,并且预防组的抑瘤效果好于治疗组。Objective To observe the anti-tumor effect of Trichinella on C6-glioma cell. Methods BALB/c mice were infected with Trichinella of different doses, the anti-tumer effects of Trichinella was observed by determining the weight of tumor, the number of CD3^＋ , and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ of the mice. Result （ 1 ） Anti-tumor effect in the C6-glioma cell inoculated after the 11 days of Trichinella infection was better than the other. （2） The anti-tumor effect of the Trichinella through different ways showed that the weight of the tumor were smaller and lighter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; CD4^＋/CD8^＋ of the test groups was more than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） Conclusion The anti-tumor effect of the Trichinella was significant. As the increasing of the Trichinella infection dose, the anti-tumor effect increases.
