摘 要:目的:研究淡竹叶醇提物石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS法分析与鉴定化学成分。结果:经毛细管色谱分离、气相质谱分析工作站NIST标准图库检索,并参照有关文献,确认了25个化合物,含量较高的物质有γ-谷甾醇、维生素E、1,2苯二羧酸二异丁基酯、棕榈酸乙酯、植醇等。化合物的类型主要为饱和脂肪酸酯,不饱和脂肪酸酯,芳香酯及有机酸、生物碱、单萜类等。结论:利用GC-MS分析鉴定淡竹叶脂溶性成分,具有快速、稳定、重现性好的特点,可用于淡竹叶药材成分的分析鉴定。Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents of petroleum spirit part of Herba Lophatheri. Methods : To analyze and identificate the chemical constituents by GC-MS. Results: We separated the extration by capillary tubing colour spectrum, and affirmed 25 peaks by NIST workstation and reference documentation. The contents of Gamma. -Sitosterol, Vitamin E, 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, mono(2-ethylhexyl)ester, Hexadecanoic acid, ethyl ester and Phytol etc. were high and main types of the constituenls were saturated fatty acid ester, unsaturated fatty acid ester, fragrance ester, organic acid, alkaloid and monoterpene etc. Conclusion:Ana- lyzing and identificating compositon by GC-MS is fast, stable, and has fine reproduction quality, it can be used for composition analysis of Herba Lophatheri.
