摘　　要：目的:探讨脊柱骨软骨瘤影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析自2001年3月至2008年2月我院收治并经手术病理证实7例患者情况。结果:本组7例中,发生于椎体2例,5例发生于一侧附件;T_5椎体后缘1例,T_(7-8)椎板关节突、L_1椎板、各1例,L_(3-4)椎板和椎弓根各1例,L5椎板1例。7例均经病理证实。结论:脊柱骨软骨瘤发病较少见,提高对其影像学的认识并及时得到手术彻底切除。Objective： To investigate the medical imaging Characteristics of osteochondroma in the vertebral column.Methods： The conditions of seven cases admitted to our hospital and confirmed by surgical operation pathology from March in 2001 to February in 2008.were revie- wed and analyzed. Results： In the cases, two Of them had it in vertebral body and five in the adnexa on one side;one case had it on T5 vertebral body＇s trailing edge. One in the articular process of T7-8 lamina Of vertebral arch and one in the L1 lamina of vertebr arch;One case had it in the L3-4 lamina of vertebral arch, one case in the pediCle of Vertebral arch , and one in the I5 lamina of vertebral arch. All these seven cases have been confirmed by pathology.Conclusions：The incidence of osteochondroma in the vertebral colunm is a little rare and should be completely cut off in the operation in time through the improve-merit of learning Medical imaging.
