新时期高校大学生管理工作的实证分析——以合肥地区6所高校问卷调查为例

摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,当代大学生享受经济带来成果的同时,在思想上也受到各种诱惑影响,功利主义、个人主义的思想在部分大学生头脑中存在,这一现象的存在,给高校的学生管理教育工作带来新情况、新问题;为了更好的寻求解决问题的方法,对合肥地区6所高校大学生进行思想状况、学习动机、家庭教育、学校管理内容的抽样调查,对问卷调查结果进行归纳、分析,针对存在的问题,提出相应的建议。With the rapid economic development, contemporary college students enjoy the fruits of the economy while also being subjected to various ideological temptations. With utilitarian thinking in the minds some college students lack a sense of social responsibility. The existence of this phenomenon gives new situations and problems to the management of college. In order to find a better solution to the problem, the article has a case study of six universities in Hefei with a questionnaire surveying college students about thinking situation, study motivation, family education, university management. After making a summary and analysis of the existing problems,it proposes appropriate countermeasures.
