摘　　要：经济的快速发展和市场竞争的日益激烈,使企业通过应用ERP来提升企业的管理水平,提高企业的竞争能力已成为我国中小企业的当务之急。分析了我国中小企业在实施ERP过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。With the rapid economic development and the fierce market competition, the application of ERP to upgrade the management level and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises has become the most urgent task of China＇s Small and Medium Enterprises （SMEs）. This paper presents corresponding countermeasures through analysis of plague and problems encountered in the course of the implementation of ERP in China＇s SMEs.
