老干部家庭支持状况与抑郁的关系调查

摘　　要：目的探讨老干部家庭支持状况与老年抑郁状态(GD)的关系及其干预措施。方法采用老年抑郁量表筛查GD,用自制调查问卷调查家庭支持状况与GD的关系。结果经单因素分析表明,在家庭支持状况所包括的12个因素中,对GD影响面较大(>20%)、程度较深(P<0.05)的因素为:家庭和睦、配偶健在、操持家务、关心亲友同事和子女太忙。经多因素回归分析表明,与GD相关的多因素为:家庭和睦、操持家务、关心亲友同事、自理能力弱和心情压抑。结论老干部家庭支持状况是影响GD的重要因素,创建和谐家庭是干预GD的重要和有效的措施。Objective To explore the relationship between familial support for senior cadres and geriatric depression（GD） and intervention as well. Methods Geriatric Depression Scale was employed to screen the samples for GD. Self-designed questionnaires were adopted to investigate the relationship between familial support and GD. Results Single factor analysis indicated that, among the 12 factors familial support involves, those that influence GD on a larger scale（〉20%） and to a higher degree（P〈0. 05） are as follows, family＇s harmony, spouse＇s health, management of household affairs, care for relatives, friends and colleagues. Multi-factor regression analysis indicated that various factors related to GD are as follows, family harmony, management of household affairs, care for relatives, friends and colleagues, poor ability to take care of oneself, and depression. Conclusion The state of familial support for a senior cadre is an important factor influencing GD. Establishing harmonious families is a significant and effective measure to intervene in GD.
