下颌全口义齿有限元建模方法的研究

摘　　要：目的制作可显影的下颌全口义齿,为建立下颌全口义齿有限元模型奠定基础。方法通过预实验确定选用的显影剂的种类和添加的比例,添加50%重量比的硫酸钡粉于普通热凝树脂材料中可制作出可显影的下颌全口义齿。结果采用这种方法制作的下颌全口义齿的有限元实体模型几何相似性强,模型精度高。结论在普通热凝树脂材料加入适当比例硫酸钡可以用于制作可显影的全口义齿,能完全满足有限元建模的需要。Objective To establish a mandibular complete dentures for the finite element research of complete dentures and supporting tissues. Methods The sort and ratio of photographic developer were determined by preliminary experiment. Developed dentures were made by adding 50 percent of Barium Sulfate powder in the heat-cure resin material. Results Three-dimensial finite element models of complete dentures and supporting tissues were established, and it showed good similarity with the real complete dentures. Conclusion Adding barium sulfate in base material help to establish a developed dentures which can be used in building finite element models.
