摘　　要：目的探讨Wnt-1、β-连环素、E-钙黏蛋白在胃癌的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测180例胃癌组织和30例相应癌旁正常胃组织中Wnt-1、β-连环素、E-钙黏蛋白的表达。结果胃癌组织中Wnt-1、β-连环素、E-钙黏蛋白异常表达率分别为54.4%、45.6%、47.2%。三者基因异常表达与正常对照比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),三者基因异常表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、pTNM分期、分化程度及5年生存情况密切相关(P<0.05)。结论Wnt-1、β-连环素、E-钙黏蛋白在胃癌的进展、分化、浸润和转移中起重要作用,是判断胃癌生物学行为的良好指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of Wnt-1,β-catenin, and E-cadherin in gastric cancer and their relationship with clin-pathological characters of gastric cancer. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of gastric cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal tissues nearby the cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry technique. Results In the gastric cancer tissues, the expression rates of Wnt-1, β-catenin, and E-cadherin were 54.4% ,45.6% and 47.2%, respectively, and significant difference observed in these proteins were significant correlatied with the size, depth, infiltration, lymph node metasta.sis, pTNM stage, the differentiation degree, and 5-year survival rate of the tumor. Conclusion Wnt-1,β- catenin, and E-cadherin might play important roles in the progression , differentiation, infiltration, and me tastasis of gastric cancer, and might be the indicators for diagnosis of gastric cancer.
