摘 要:目的:评估自动化精子质量分析仪SQA-V与传统手工法精子计数之间各主要参数的差异性及其在不育和生育男性精子质量分析中的应用。方法:用SQA-V系统和手工法对15例生育志愿者和53例临床不育患者新鲜精液标本以及乳胶质控珠进行检测,分别将精子密度进行相关性分析及准确度评价。结果:不育组和生育组男性各项指标间存在显著差异,两种分析检测方法精子密度(rc=0.870,P<0.01)具有很好的一致性。结论:与传统手工法精子计数比较,SQA重复性更好,主要参数具有较好的一致性,能够反映临床不同组群患者精液的差异性。Objective : The accuracy of manual sperm assessment is affected by a variety of factors. Automated systems may be a potential alternative to conduct an accurate semen analysis. The aim of our study was to evaluate the SQA-V device as an automated tool for the assessment of sperm quality. Methods: Semen quality analysis of 15 fresh semen samples of fertility volunteers and 53 samples from infertility pa- tients were detected using SQA V and manual method. Commercially available latex bead controls (two levels of known concentrations) were run in parallel. Both semen and beads were run in duplicate to es- tablish the coefficients of variation (% CV' s). The sperm characteristics were compared between SQA V and manual method. Results:There were significant correlations of sperm concentration (rc = 0. 870, P 〈0.01) between the two methods. Conclusion:Compared with the conventional manual method, SQA V is an more accurate method , simple and easy to use in the management of male infertility.
