摘 要:利用β-环糊精(β-CD)的特殊空腔结构对白术挥发油进行包合,以包合物收率及苍术酮利用率为综合指标进行考察.通过对超声法、水溶液法、研磨法3种包合方法的比较,选取超声工艺进行包合.经过单因素实验得到对超声包合工艺影响较大的因素.在此基础上,采用响应面法优化超声包合工艺得到最佳包合工艺条件:包合时间为30.88 min,包合温度为60℃,超声强度为497.94 W,蒸馏水与β-CD的质量比为13.72,β-CD与挥发油的质量比为6.06.β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), containing special hydrophobic cavity, Was used to include Atractylodes macrocephala volatile oil. An index, based on the yield of inclusion and the utilization ratio of atractylon, was proposed to select an appropriate inclusion process. The ultrasonic process was chosen for inclusion in the ultrasonic process, water solution process and rubbing process. Main factors affecting the ultrasonic process were first obtained by one-factor experiment. The optimal inclusion conditions were then determined by the response surface methodology as following: inclusion time of 30.88 min, inclusion temperature of 60℃, ultrasonic strength of 497.94 W, the mass ratio of water to β-CD of 13.72, and the mass ratio of β-CD to volatile oil of 6.06.
