摘 要:目的:探讨崩瓷树脂修复中,ClearfilTMSE BOND和Lute粘结剂的剪切粘结强度的差异。方法:镍铬(Ni-Cr)合金试件、烤瓷试件、新鲜离体上中切牙、烤瓷熔附金属全冠共60例,分6组,每组10例。1组:Ni-Cr合金+Clearfil SE BOND+复合树脂;2组:烤瓷+Clearfi SE BOND+复合树脂;3组:Ni-Cr合金+Lute+复合树脂;4组:烤瓷+Lute+复合树脂;5组:牙釉质+Durafill Bond+复合树脂;6组:烤瓷熔附Ni-Cr合金。1~5组修复材料均为Durafill vs口腔光固化复合树脂。镍铬合金和烤瓷试件表面分别用ClearfilTMSE BOND、Lute粘结剂粘结复合树脂,离体牙牙釉质用常规粘结剂粘结复合树脂,粘结剂按产品说明书使用,复合树脂用Durafill vs。经37℃恒温水浴24h后做剪切实验,进行统计分析。结果:ClearfilTMSE BOND~对镍铬合金与树脂的剪切粘结强度明显高于Lute粘结剂(P〈0.05),对烤瓷的剪切粘结强度两者差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),且这3组和离体牙釉质与树脂的剪切粘结强度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:无需酸蚀或喷砂,ClearfilTMSE BOND~粘结剂对镍铬合金与树脂的粘结牢固有效。Objective: To explore the shear bond strength difference between two different kinds of bonding systems on repairing fractured porcelain by resin. Methods: There were 60 cases which included nickel-chromium (Ni-Cr) alloy and porcelain specimens, freshly extracted incisors and porcelain-fused-metal crowns. All were divided into 6 groups with 10 in each group. They are two groups of Ni-Cr alloy or porcelain specimens,one group of incisors and the other of crowns.Each specimen's surface of Ni-Cr alloy and porcelain was bonded with composite resin named Durafill vs by Clearfil^TM SE BOND or Lute according to the guidebook. The surface of the freshly extracted incisors was bonded with the same resin by common bindings. Bonded specimens were stored in 37 ℃ distilled water for 24 hours, then were subjected to shear force in a universal testing machine. Stress at failure was calculated in Mpa, and mode of failure was recorded. The student t test was applied to analyze the data. Results:To bind the Ni-Cr alloy and resin, the shear bond strength of Clearfil^TM SE BOND group was significantly higher than the Lute group, and there was no significant difference in binding porcelain and resin between two groups, and there was no significant difference between these 3 groups and resin-enamel of freshly extracted tooth groups. Conclusion:It is effective for Clearfil^TMSE BOND in bonding Ni-Cr alloy and resin, and it is not useful for acid-etching or sandblasting.
