摘　　要：目的建立海洛因成瘾者美沙酮维持治疗效果评价指标体系,为评价海洛因成瘾者参加美沙酮维持治疗效果提供技术支持。方法运用文献分析法和专家咨询法进行指标的筛选,应用层次分析法计算各级指标的权重。结果构建了海洛因成瘾者美沙酮维持治疗效果评价指标体系并确立了各级指标的权重。结论在海洛因成瘾者美沙酮维持治疗效果评价指标体系研究中,专家咨询法和层次分析法是科学和可行的方法。Objective To estahlish an index system of effect evaluation of methadone maintenance in heroin addicts in order to provide technical support. Methods The indexes were filtered and improved by using documents analysis and Delphi meth od, and the weights at three levels were also calculated by applying analytical hierarchy process （AHP）. Results The index system of effect evaluation of methadone maintenance was constituted and the weights were also calculated. Conclusion Delphi method and AHP are scientific and feasible in this study.
