摘 要:针对我国300 MW纯凝汽式机组,提出了采用可调式多背压凝汽器低真空运行供热的改造方案.将凝汽器由单压改为多压,并列运行的循环水改为串联运行,使其能够适应在非采暖期、采暖初期和高峰期的不同要求.并对凝改造后的汽轮发电机组多发出的电量,采暖初期和高峰期汽轮发电机组运行综合效益和节能效果进行了研究,对多压凝汽器的循环水供热的工程应用进行了综合技术经济分析.分析结果表明,其节能效果和经济效益显著.In connection with the 300 MW condensing generation units, using multi-back pressure adjustable condenser in order to supply heat at lower vacuum, a modification scheme is put forward. A single-back pressure condenser is changed into the multi-back pressure one; and the parallel connection moving of circulating water is also changed series connection one, which enable to adapt to various requirement of the non-heating period, the heating initial period and the heating peak period. Research has been made on more electric energy production,comprehensive beneficial result and energy saving effect during the heating initial period and the heating peak period after the modification. It has also carried on comprehensive technologic and economic analyses for heating by using circulating water of multi-pressure condenser. The results show it is feasible to improve energy-saving effect and economic benefit after the mondification.
