摘　　要：目的观察近视眼LASIK术前视网膜裂孔发生率。方法对506例993只眼不同近视程度的近视患者进行普通视力、电脑验光、检影镜和散瞳眼底三面镜检查,详细记录检查结果。结果993只眼明显视网膜变性者354只眼,占35.65%,其中单纯干性裂孔83只眼,占8.36%。高度近视患者449只眼中的裂孔发生率为10.24%,中度近视患者443眼中的裂孔发生率为8.13%,低度近视患者101只眼中的裂孔发生率为0.99%。高度近视组与低度近视组裂孔发生率差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。中度近视组与低度近视组裂孔发生率差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。高度近视组与中度近视组裂孔发生率差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论中高度近视发生视网膜病变的概率明显增高,早期发现对诊断和治疗由中高度近视引起的眼底病变至关重要,同时可提高LASIK手术的安全性。Objective To investigate the incidence of retinal break before LASIK operation on myopia. Methods By direct ophthalmoscope, Goldmann three mirror contact lens and indirect ophthalmoscope, the peripheral retinal degeneration or retinal hole of 993 eyes from 506 patients with myopia were detected and conducted photocoagulation before LASIK. Results Retinal degeneration in 354 eyes（35.65% ） and retinal break in 83 eyes（8.36% ） were discovered from 993 eyes. The occurrence rate of retinal break was 10. 24% in 449 eyes of high myopia,8.13% in 443 eyes of middle myopia, and 0. 99% in 101 eyes of low myopia. The difference between the high myopia group and the low myopia group was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） postoperatively and the same was between the middle myopia group and the low myopia group （P 〈 0. 01 ） postoperatively, but between the high myopia group and the middle myopia group there was without significant differenee（P 〉0. 05 ） postoperatively. Conclusions The probable occurrence of the retina pathological changes in middle and high myopia groups is increased obviously, Early discovery of the eye fundus pathological changes due to middle and high myopia is very important for diagnosis and treatment and for the safety of the LASIK surgical operation in the meantime.
