摘 要:为解决集配中心模式下的生产和配送协同决策问题,分析了基于集配中心的供应驱动供应链协同运作模式;考虑供应链系统的生产和物流能力约束,分别构建了供应商、集配商分散决策和集配商联合决策的生产和配送协同决策模型。采用改进的模拟退火算法对后者进行求解,并结合算例分析比较了不同决策下的生产和配送协同决策模型。结果表明,当集配商联合决策供应链上游的生产和配送间隔时,与分散决策相比,供应链系统单位时间的生产调整准备成本和物流成本有较大幅度下降;集配商和制造商单位时间的物流成本大大降低,而供应商的生产和配送成本则有不同程度的增加。To solve the problem of production and distribution collaborative decision making in context of supply hub, the supply-driven supply chain collaborative operation mode based on supply hub was analyzed. Considering the con straints of production and logistics capabilities in the entire supply chain system, the decentralized decision making model and centralized collaborative decision-making model between production and distribution were proposed re spectively. Simulated annealing algorithm was presented to solve the centralized decision model. Results were com pared to that of the decentralized decision making model. It was revealed that the setup cost and logistics cost per unit time in the supply chain was considerably reduced in context of centralized decision-making to optimize the pro duction intervals and distribution intervals compared to the results obtained in context of decentralized decision making. The per unit time logistics cost of supply hub operator and the manufacturer were greatly decreased, while the manufacturing and distribution cost of the suppliers were increased.
