摘　　要：企业所面对的环境发生了巨大的变化,多种因素的相互作用破坏了原有相对稳定的环境,环境开始向复杂多变、不确定的方向转变,促使人们用一种新的视角来分析企业的竞争。高技术企业处于当代科技前沿,对发展生产力、促进社会文明、增强国家实力起着先导作用,具有重要的战略意义。由于高技术企业发展于动态的竞争环境并且加剧了环境的动态变化,其本身就是一个充满动态竞争的经济体,因此,在动态竞争的理论思想下,研究构建高技术企业动态竞争优势的关键要素将具有更加深远的理论意义和现实意义。The relatively stable environment destroyed by multi-factor interaction is changing into complex and uncertain environment, which urges people to analyze the competition through a new viewpoint. High-tech enterprise at the frontier of contemporary science ＆ technology plays a significant role in developing productivity, promoting social civilization and increasing country strength. High-tech enterprise, which not only develops under the dynamic competitive environment but also accelerates its dynamic change, is the economic system with dynamic competition. Therefore, it is more important in both theory and practice to study on the key factors in the construction of dynamic competitive advantage of high-tech enterprise under the theory of dynamic competition.
