柔肝健脾汤对去卵巢雌鼠骨质疏松症骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨柔肝健脾汤对去卵巢雌鼠骨质疏松症骨密度及生化指标的影响。方法选取10～12月龄雌性SD大白鼠60只,随机分为假手术组、去卵巢模型组、骨松宝对照组、柔肝健脾汤低、中、高剂量组共6组,每组10只。术后5d拆线后开始给药,连续13周,取骨标本检测骨密度。结果柔肝健脾汤能明显增加去卵巢模型鼠股骨、胫骨、腰椎骨骨密度(P<0.01)。结论柔肝健脾汤能抑制骨吸收,促进骨形成,逆转骨代谢的高转换状态,有效治疗骨质疏松症。Objective To evaluate the effect and security of RouGanJianPi prescription for osteoporosis which was made by authors. Method Multicentric randomized double-blind and double-simulation- compared clinical observation from July 2005 to July 2007. Also systemic clinical research on 242 primary osteoporosis patients was taken. Result In the treatment group （i.e RouGanJianPi Decoction group） there was obvious effect. There was great difference between the two groups and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in improving waist and knee ache and walk difficulty and in the change of lumbar bone density. In addition, there was no obvious untoward effect in treatment group during treatment and there was no change on all kinds of blood biochemical indicator and EKG. Conclusion RouGanJianPi prescription is a kind of safe and effective TCM-prescription on curing primary osteoporosis.
