摘　　要：依据SOLAS 1974(《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》),运用Excel编制散装谷物船稳性核算程式,实现船舶稳性校核。该计算程式具有自动查表、自动内插计算,及简单的逻辑判断功能,可根据给定的条件,判断某项数据能否被引用,并通过运算和判断直接给出结论,如改变或调整货物装载方案,立刻得出是否满足要求的结论等。提出了简化确定谷物许用倾侧力矩的具体方法与步骤。According to SOLAS 1974, Office Excel was used to program the calculation and verification of the bulk grain vessel＇s stability. The program has functions of automatic chart searching, interpolation, and simple logical judgment. It is able to determine whether a data item had been processed and to give directly conclusions through the calculation and judgment according to a given conditions. For example, the cargo stow- age plan can be changed and adjusted and decision can be made instantly to know if a requirement is met.
