摘　　要：容许行为是行为人不得已致人损害,以免本人或第三人更大损害的利害阻却性行为。创制本概念,旨在为纠正德国法系传统民法和中国民法通说有关利害阻却性行为理论上所存在的问题。A permission act refers to a preventive interested act that a doer reluctantly does damage to people in order to prevent himself or others from suffering more serious damage. The concept aims to correct the error in the preventive interested act theory in traditional Germany＇s Civil Code and China＇s general rules of Civil Law.
