血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂在缺血性脑卒中的应用进展研究

摘　　要：血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb／Ⅲa受体拮抗剂是一类新型抗血小板药。它通过作用于血小板聚集的最后共同途径．有效抑制血小板聚集及血栓形成，在缺血性卒中的治疗中发挥重要作用。本文综述了血小板榜蛋白Ⅱb／Ⅲa受体拮抗剂与溶栓药联合应用、在颈动脉血管成形和支架置入术中的应用以及单独使用等方面在缺血性卒中中的应用进展。Platelet glyeopmtein Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a receptor antagonists is a class of novel anti-platelet agents. It inhibits platelet aggregation and thrombus formation by binding the GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲa receptor, which may serve as the final common pathway of platelet aggregation. It plays a key role in the isehemie stroke treatment. This article reviewed the application and prospect of platelet glyeoprotein Ⅱ b/Ⅲa receptor antagonists in isehemie stroke from the aspects of its combination with thrombolytic agents,the application of carotid artery angioplasty and stenting （CAS） ,and be used alone.
