摘　　要：综合测评表明,残疾移民的经济收入水平偏低,存在下滑趋势;社会保障局限眼前,缺乏长效机制;主观生活质量较低,精神压力较大。针对残疾移民生活质量存在的突出问题,各级政府、社会组织、残疾移民及其家庭应该通力合作、共同努力,以物质生活条件的改善和社会情感支持的加强为两大着眼点,切实予以改善。Analysis shows that handicapped transmigrants＇ level of income is inferior, which presents a declining trend; the social security is limited and a long-time mechanism is insufficient; meanwhile, their subjective living quality is lower, and their mental stress is great. Regarding the material living condition together with feeling support from society as the two main respects, government, communities, handicapped transmigrants and their families must spare no efforts to improve the living quality all together.
