城镇失业人员再就业问题研究——以大连市为例

摘　　要：失业人员再就业是经济发展、社会进步的重要内容,是关系到社会稳定的重大问题。大连是我国重要的沿海开放城市和对外贸易口岸城市之一,也是东北老工业基地重要的组成部分,然而经济高速发展的同时失业再就业的形势却不容乐观。以大连市失业人员再就业为例,利用贝克尔歧视理论、工作选择模型深入分析了再就业的难点及其成因,并提出了解决失业人员再就业问题的措施。Reemployment of unemployed staff is one of the important contents to the economic development and social progress. It is a major issue which is related to the social stability. Dalian is one of the major coastal open cities and foreign trade ports in China. It is also an important component of the northeast old industrial base. With the rapid development of economy,the situation of reemployment of unemployed staff is not optimistic. The article analyzes the status quo of reemployment of unemployed staff. It also analyzes the difficulties of reemployment and the reasons for them through Becket＇s theory of discrimination and work selection model. Then, it puts award the measures to solve the problem.
