摘 要:发射车4点支撑式车体快速自动调平系统用一双轴液体摆作为水平度敏感元件,以4组单杆活塞液压缸和电液比例流量阀为核心的液压系统作为调平执行机构,用计算机对调平过程进行控制。采用基于4点支撑的位置误差控制调平方法,多点同时调节,调平速度快,稳定性好。通过计算机控制逻辑,控制电液比例流量阀控制电流大小,实现对流量的精确调节,调平过程平稳。A liquid pendulum acts as a horizon sensor in a fast automatic leveling system, which is a four-support launching vehicle body and uses a biaxial liquid axis as its levelness sense organ, while four groups of hydraulic systems as the leveling performer. The performer uses single-rod cylinder and electron-hydraulic proportional flow valve as the core, and adopts computer to control leveling process. The leveling method of controlling position error based on four supports has synchronous multipoint supports adjustment, thus has fast leveling procedure and good stabilization. And for the control current of electron-hydraulic proportional flow valve, it can be controlled by computer control logic, and flux can be adjusted precisely, so the procedure of leveling is steady.
