摘　　要：回顾癌症高发区的由来及变迁,分析癌症高发现场的发展历程及存在问题,提出加强癌症高发现场工作的建议(包括必要性、目标、工作内容及支撑条件)。The definition and change of cancer high incidence areas in China were reviewed retrospectively. The history of cancer high incidence scene and problems which block the progress of cancer scene were present. And some recommondations for strengthening the work of cancer control were proposed （including the essentiality,goals ,measures and infrastructures）.
