摘　　要：改革开放是关乎中国命运的正确抉择,是人类历史上的伟大实践,改革开放的历史成就是世人有目共睹的。在新的历史起点上,面对新的形势和任务,必须进一步解放思想,深化改革,以创新的精神推动民族高等教育事业的科学发展。China＇s reform and opening is the key choice of Chinese fate and the great practice of history of mankind, the historical achievements of reform and opening are there for all to see. In the new historical starting point, faced the new situation and tasks, we must further emancipate the mind, deepen reform and promote the scientific development of ethnic higher education with innovative spirit.
