摘　　要：大学不仅仅是客观的物质存在,更是一种文化存在和精神存在。大学文化包含大学的物质文化、精神文化与制度文化。大学有其自身的文化性格,它是以传承、传播、研究高深学问为本能,以包容的态度和不断创新的精神为动力,执着地追求自己的社会文化价值,从而塑造出自己稳定的文化品格。大学文化性格集中体现在大学的精神上,并通过大学的教学、科研和社会服务等功能体现出来。University is not only an objective existence of material but also a cultural and spiritual existence. University culture contains material culture, spiritual culture and institutional culture. University has its cultural traits, which inherits, spreads and studies the profound knowledge. With the forgiven attitude and continuous creative spirit, university seeks for its social cultural value to form its own stable cultural traits. The cultural traits of a university concentrate on university, and is embodied by teaching, academic research and social service
