摘　　要：文章针对企业国际化经营中信用风险管理中存在的主要问题和矛盾,试探性地将系统思想引入其中,运用系统方法对企业国际化经营中信用风险的控制与防范系统及其组织、流程、技术、信息、环境、目标等六个子系统进行全面研究,最终提出一个构建企业国际化经营中信用风险控制与防范系统的一般模式,以期为中国企业国际化进程中的信用风险管理实践提供理论借鉴。This paper tries to introduce a systematic idea into the study of credit risk in enterprises＇ international oper ation in light of its main problems and contradictions. It applies a systematic method to study the enterprises＇ contro ll ing and guarding system for credit risk, and the six sub-systems such as organization, process, technology, inform ation, environment and target, which includes the definition of system, the structure and relation of factors in the system, the functions of the system and so forth. It finally proposes a general model for building a proper credit risk management system, hoping to offer some theoretical enlightenment to Chinese enterprises＇ credit risk management practices in their international operation.
