摘　　要：儿童牙病患者的求医行为很大程度上取决于家长.通过对100名儿童牙病患者家长的调查,发现心理行为因素对就医行为的影响甚大.口腔卫生知识缺乏,就诊不便,牙科畏惧,经济条件有限等为主要影响因素.为了改变家长的求医行为,应加强口腔卫生宣教,改善就诊条件,提高医疗技术水平,完善医疗保险制度.Whether a pediatric dental patient should see a dentist is determined by his (her) family members to a great extent. The investigation, which was carried out among 100 family members of pediatric dental patients, showed that psychological and behavioral factors have great effects on whether to see a dentist. The factors include:scarce of oral higence knowledge, inconvenience of seeing a dentist, dental fear, limited economic condition, etc. In order to attain the object of 'earlier prevention and earlier treatment' towards pediatric dental problems, psychological behavior of the family members of the patients should be changed. We should endevor to inhance oral health education, provide more convenience of seeing dentists, raise the level of our medical techniques, perfect the medical insurance policies, etc.
