顺铂联合白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察顺铂联合白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法:对47例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分成治疗组与对照组两组,均行胸腔内置管闭式引流胸腔积液后,治疗组注入白介素-2和顺铂;对照组单用顺铂。每周1次,最多不超过3次。结果:治疗组有效率为88.5%,对照组有效率为52.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔内注入顺铂联合白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,且毒副反应小。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of IL-2 combined with cisplatin in treating malignant pleural effusion. Methods： 47 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treated with closed drainage followed by infection of IL-2 and cisplatin. The trial group was injected with both IL-2 and cisplatin, while the control group was injected with cisplatin only. Both of groups were injected once a week, no more than three times in one course. Result： Total effective rate of trial group with combination of IL-2 and cisplatin was 88.5%, while control group with cisplatin was 52.4%. There was significant difference between them （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Injection of combination of IL-2 and cisplatin is effective in treating malignant pleural effusion, and the side effect is minor.
