薏仁丹参合剂防治肠粘连的临床观察和实验研究

摘　　要：目的：为了验证薏仁丹参合剂防治肠粘连的疗效及作用机理．方法：肠粘连患者采用薏仁丹参合剂治疗，观察该方的临床疗效．实验研究薏仁丹参合剂对肠粘连家兔的粘连发生率、粘连程度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原含量的影响．结果：治愈21例，显效4例，好转3例，无效2例，临床总有效率达93．3％．实验结果证实薏仁丹参合剂通过降低血液粘度，减少血浆纤维蛋白原含量，促进局部的纤维蛋白溶解，从而改善血液循环，有效防止肠粘连的发生．结论：临床和实验研究提示薏仁丹参合剂是防治肠粘连的有效药物．To investigate the effect of Yagi & Danshen Mixture (YRDSM) in preventing and treatingin testinal adhesion and study its effective mechanism. Methods: YRDSM was used to treat 30 patients with intestinal adhesion, The experiment' studied the effect of YRDSM on the aspect of occur rate, the degree of adhesion in rabbits, hematocrit and the content of fibinogan. Results: ZI cases among the 30 patients were cured, 4were remarkable effected, 3 were improved and 2 were ineffective. The effective rate is 93. 3 %,Results of experimental study indicated that YRDSM could increase the dissolution of fibrin and improve blood circulation by reducing blood viscosity and the content of fibrinogan. Coucluslous: YRDSM is valuable in preventillg and treating intestinal adhesion.
