摘  要:目的:研究不同根面处理方法对纤维桩树脂核系统的冠渗漏的影响。方法:纤维桩粘固后,分别用4种牙本质粘结系统(Contax、Clearfil SE Bond、Single Bond 2和Prime&Bond NT)进行根面处理,Multicore Heavy Body做核,印度墨水染色、透明化处理后,体视显微镜下观察染料渗入情况。结果:不同粘结系统根面处理后纤维桩冠渗漏计分均值不同,其中Contax最大,为1.6,Clearfil SE Bond最小。结论:不同粘结系统根面处理后纤维桩树脂核微渗漏表现不同,Clearfil SE Bond自酸蚀粘结系统边缘封闭性表现良好。Objective:To study the effects of different root surface treatments on the coronal mieroleakage of fiber post - resin core systems. Methods: After the fiber posts were cemented into the root canals, the root surfaces were treated with four dental adhesive systems, respectively (Contax, Clearfil SE Bond, Single Bond 2 and Prime&Bond NT). Resin core materials ( Muhicore Heavy Body) were placed around them. After the test pieces were dyed and made transparent, and the assessment of the coronal nficroleakage was done under stereomicroscope. Results: Different type of bonding agents had different scores of the coronal microleakage of fiber post - resin core system. Contax reached the maximum of 1.6 and Clearfil SE Bond had the minimum score. Conclusion : The type of bonding agents can affect the coronal microleakage of fiber post - resin core system. The least core coronal microleakage is recorded in Clearfil SE Bond which has good sealing property.
