关于姜特立在《朱熹的历史世界》中的定位问题——与余英时先生商榷

摘　　要：余英时在《朱熹的历史世界》中认为,孝宗末年出现了官僚集团与理学集团,在两大集团斗争中,姜特立代表新皇权,充当了官僚集团与光宗新皇权之间的桥梁,是职业官僚派的幕后主持人。为此,余氏试图证明与姜特立有唱和的黄正言就是攻伪学甚力的黄抡,但有证据表明,黄正言乃是名列伪党中的黄度,这就恰好证明姜特立与理学集团的交好,而使余氏的立论完全落空。余氏还列出攻伪学人之中有数位与姜特立有唱和,以具体说明姜特立确实网罗了一批官僚,发挥了桥梁作用,但姜特立与伪党之人也有友好往来,故其说难以成立。姜特立既遭受过理学集团的排挤,也遭受过官僚集团的打击,这都说明姜特立不足以代表新皇权,而只能代表他自己。In his book Zhu Xi＇s Historical World, Yu Yingshi argues that in the last years of Emperor Xiaozong＇s reign, there appeared two conflicting groups, namely, the Bureaucratic Group and the Neo-Confucius Group. Jiang Teli, representing the emerging imperial power of the succeeding Emperor Guangzong, acted as a liaison between the bureaucratic group and the new emperor as well as the manipulator behind the curtain over the professional bureaucratic group. Therefore, Mr. Yu tries to prove that Huang Zhengyan who wrote and responded with poems to Jiang Teli was actually the same person as Huang Lun who attacked severely the hypocritical philosophy of the so-called hypocritical group. But there is some evidence that Huang Zhengyan was Huang Du, a member of the hypocritical group, which indicates that Jiang Teli was on good terms with the Neo-Confucius group. Consequently, Yu Yingshi＇s argument becomes groundless. Yu Yingshi also points out that some of those who attacked the hypocritical philosophy once wrote and responded with poems to Jiang Teli, and this suggests that Jiang did play a role in persuading a large group of officials in supporting the new emperor. But this argument is not tenable, for Jiang Teli enjoyed a very good relationship with the hypocritical group. Jiang Tell was elbowed out by the Neo-Confucius group whereas he was attacked by the bureaucratic group. This fact suggests that Jiang Teli could hardly represent the new imperial power, what he could represent was only himself.
