摘　　要：从菌丝的基础生物学与环境生物学角度,以及菌种培养及栽培培养等方面,综合介绍了国内对大球盖菇在生物学特性、制种技术领域的相关研究进展。From the angles of the basic biology and environmental biology of hypha,the culture and cultivation of strains,the related research progresses on the biological characteristics and strain production techniques of S.rugoso in China were summarized.
