精神分裂症患者事件相关电位P_(300)地形图的初步研究

摘　　要：目的观察精神分裂症事件相关电位Ｐ３００地形图的变化。方法使用丹麦ＣｏｎｃｅｒｔｏＴＭ地形图仪对２４例精神分裂症患者及２４例正常成人Ｐ３００分布地形图的变化进行了对照观察。结果正常人的Ｐ３００波形曲线陡峭，分布区匀称，潜伏期均值为３０２．５毫秒；而精神分裂症患者的Ｐ３００具有地形图分布的不对称性，以同心圆方式向外扩展和延伸，潜伏期均值３２７．９毫秒，较正常人延迟２５．４毫秒（ｔ检验，Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论提示精神分裂症Ｐ３００地形图分布有其特点，值得进一步随访观察。Objective In order to investigate the topographic variations of event related potentials (ERPs P 300 ) in schizophrenia. Methods An auditory P 300 was recorded from 24 schizophrenics and 24 healthy controls with a Concerto TM BEAM (made in Denmark). Results It revealed that the control group presented a steep P 300 wave and a symmetrical distribution over hemispheres with a mean latency of 302.5 ms, while the patient group showed an asymmetrical P 300 distribution in a concentric way, and a delayed latency (mean: 327.9 ms; P <0.05). Conclusion It was suggested that the P 300 topography of schizophrenia should be intensively studied in the future.
