摘　　要：目的总结7例支气管粘液表皮样癌患者的临床诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我科1985～2007年收治的7例支气管粘液表皮样癌患者临床资料。结果7例支气管粘液表皮样癌患者中,1例行纤维支气管镜肿块摘除术,6例行手术切除。结论手术是治疗支气管粘液表皮样癌的唯一有效方法。Objective To review the experience of the clinical treatment of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the bronchus. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients treated from 1985 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 6 patients were surgically treated, and the mass of 1 patient were extracted by fiber bronchoseope. Conclusion Surgical resection is the only effective treatment for mucoepidermold carcinoma of the bronchus.
