摘　　要：从2007年11月至2008年9月,我国中医学术期刊发表了大量的中医内科文献,兹选择具有一定代表性的264篇文献,以心、肺、脾、肝、肾五个系统为主,从理论学说、实验临床研究、临床报道、名医经验四个方面予以述评,作为中医内科学2008年学术巡礼。The author summarized 264 representative articles in Chinese Medicine journals, which published from November 2007 to September 2008. Focusing on describes the Heart, the Lung, the Spleen and Stomach, the Liver and the Kidney, the review mainly focusing on describes 4 parts： theoretical research, including the theory of collateral disease, the theory of toxic factor, the theory of phlegm and blood stasis, the theory of giving prevention the prority, the theory of constitution and disease, and so on ; experi- mental study, including relation between laboratory result and Chinese Medicine syndrome and treatmen study of Chinese Medicine; Case report, including application of Chinese Medicine recipe, application of particular treatment, application of single Drug, and so on; clinical experience report of famous physicians, including famous physicians, characteristic cognition to particular disease, characteristic treatment, and so on.
