摘 要:试验选取630只罗斯308肉鸡,随机分为7个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,日粮中分别添加0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%、1.8%CLA,研究共轭亚油酸对肉鸡生产性能及免疫指标等方面的影响。结果表明:CLA添加量为1.2%~1.5%时能显著降低肉鸡耗料增重比,添加量为1.2%时各免疫器官指数显著提高,对血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白球比和尿素氮等影响不显著(P>0.05),IgG和IgM均有升高趋势,IgG各试验组分别提高了17.10%、14.14%、25%、33.22%、46.71%、47.04%;IgM分别提高了17.39%、39.13%、34.78%、52.17%、65.23%、78.26%,差异均显著或极显著。因此,建议日粮中CLA最适添加量为1.2%。This paper is aimed to investigate the effects of CLA on growing capability and immune performance of broiler chickens. Six hundred and thirty one-day-old Ross 308 broilers were selected and allocated to 7 treatments,each treatment has 3 replicates of 30 broilers at randomly. The experiment diets were supplemented with 0.3% ,0.6% ,0.9%, 1.2%,1.5%,1.8% CLA respectively. The result showed that adding 1.2%-1.5% CLA treatment could improve F/G,and adding 1.2% treatment could increase the immune organ index,on total albumin,albumin,globulin,albumin/globulin,and urea nitrogen in blood. IgG and IgM had significant difference or extremely significant,IgG has been increased by 17.10%,14.14%,25%,33.22%,46.71%,47.04%,IGM has been increased by 17.39%,39.13%,34.78%,52.17%,65.23%, 78.26% increasely,so adding 1.2% CLA treatment was the best.
