摘 要:利用仙居县1∶1万土地利用现状图、气象数据等资料,通过GIS技术以生态系统服务价值当量计算法探讨仙居县生态资产变化情况,并分析生态资产时空分布特征,编制生态资产时空分布图。以乡镇为单元分析生态资产价值与工业经济之间的关系。结果表明:(1)仙居县大部分乡镇的生态资产呈上升趋势,主要由对生态资产贡献占主导地位的有林地增加造成的,全县生态环境向良性化的方向发展;(2)经济发展过程中,经济较发达的乡镇以相同的生态代价所换取的工业产值要高于经济欠发达乡镇,因此后者要避免粗放型经济增长模式,而应寻求土地集约利用,降低经济发展的生态成本,而经济发达乡镇要进一步增加建设用地的利用效率,改善生态环境满足全县生态安全建设和经济稳步发展需要。Based on 1:10000 land-use maps of Xianju County,ecological capital was estimated by the method of ecosystem services value unit area measurement based on GIS. The temporal and spatial variation of ecological capital was analyzed and mapped. The relationship between ecological capital and industrial economy was analyzed on the basis of Towns and Villages units. The results showed that ( 1 ) the ecological capital of most towns and villages is increasing as the area of forest land increasing because forest land was the main portion in ecosystem types of Xianju. (2) The developed towns and villages usually obtain more industrial output per area by the same ecological cost than those underdeveloped towns and villages. So the latter must carry out land intensive utilization instead of extensive growth style in order to decrease the ecological cost for economic development while the former must increase the efficiency of land utilization and improve ecological environment for economic sustainable development of Xianju County.
