摘　　要：由追尾碰撞造成的颈部挥鞭样伤是一种常见而又严重的伤害形式。文章对追尾碰撞中影响乘员颈部伤害的座椅参数、碰撞速度、乘坐位置以及乘员的个体因素如性别、身高等因素进行了分析,得出影响颈部伤害形式的主要因素,为进一步的研究提供理论基础,以便对车辆的安全性能作出相应的改进,为乘员提供更好的保护作用。Whiplash injury resulting from rear -end collision is one of the common and serious injuries. The seat parameter, collision speed, sitting position influencing the neck injury and the individual factors such as gender and stature are analyzed. The main factors that influence the neck injury are pointed out to provide the theory basis for further research, and to give a better protection for occupant by improving the safety performance of vehicle.
