摘　　要：文章主要研究C8051F020控制不带中文字库的CA320240F点阵液晶,在液晶任意位置上显示汉字、字符、画图,描线等功能,给出了C8051F020与LCD的硬件接口电路及软件编程思路。在实际应用中具有参考价值。The C8051F020 is used to control the LCD which has no Chinese word database inside. It can display Chinese word, character list, painting line and picture on any point of the CA320240F LCD. The electric circuit of the C8051F020 hardware connecting to LCD is given. The method of writing procedure is also given. The system has reference value to real applications.
