人血清白蛋白对变色酸2R的退色光谱性质及其分析应用

摘　　要：在pH为2．60的B—R缓冲介质中，变色酸2R与人血清白蛋白形成复合物，导致变色酸2R退色，吸光度的降低与人血清白蛋白的浓度成正比。线性范围为0～60ug／mL，灵敏度ε=5．53×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1。用于人血清白蛋白的测定，方法稳定，手续简便，结果满意。A novel method was described for the spectrophotometric determination of human serum albumin （ HSA ）, which was based on a fading reaction between ehromotrope 2R and HAS to form complexes in a B-R buffer at a pH value of 2.6.The decrease in absorbance was proportional to the concentration of HAS, The linear ranges were between 0 - 60 ,ug/mL and the molar absorptivity （ ε ） was 5.53 × 10^5 L·mol^- 1. cm^- 1. The method has been used for the determination of HSA with satisfactory results.
