摘　　要：本系统运用工作流技术和组件技术解决了"国家大学生创新性实验计划"项目申报和管理过程中业务复杂等矛盾,利用数字水印技术保护了项目的知识产权。系统还实现了对项目各种数据的采集、统计和分析。With the utilization of workflow technology and component technology, the system hasresolved complex business contradictions project application and management processes of National University Student Innovation Experiment Plan. Intellectual property of the projects has been protected by using the digital watermark technology. The system has also realized the acquisition, statistics and analysis of various project data.
