摘　　要：在教育信息化背景下,高校教育技术中心面临着发展危机。通过抽样调查西部地区高校教育技术中心等信息化机构,分析其职能定位方面存在的问题及原因,对教育技术中心的职能定位进行再认识,最终提出了职能的科学定位——职能模块星形模型。In the context of education information, educational technology center at university is facing with the crisis of development. Through the spot check for educational technology centers or information departments at west china universities,the author analyzes the questions and the reasons in their fimction localization, reconsiders function orientation of educational technology center and, proposes the scientific orientation of function--star-shaped function module model.
