我国民事上诉制度的改革与完善

摘　　要：虽然我国已对民事诉讼法在一定程度上进行了新的修改,但是在上诉制度这方面的改革不尽如人意。上诉制度有其设置的目的,而且现实中我国立法中也对上诉制度做了不少规定,但是仍有很多缺陷,亟待完善。本文正是针对民事上诉制度的立法缺陷提出了一些完善措施。Although some amendments have been made to Law of Civil Appeals in China, there still far away to draw a conclusion that the reform is perfect and satisfaction. The establishment of civil appeal system has its own purposes, and in our legislation there have been so many regulations about why we have such a civil appeal system. This paper tries to discuss about the inadequate parts in the civil appeal system in China and offers some constructive suggestions about how to improve it.
