摘　　要：精品学报的核心在于稿件的学术水平,文章探讨了影响精品学报学术质量的诸因素,丰富的稿源是办精品学报的基础;完善的审稿制度是办精品学报的质量保证;个性特色建设是办出精品学报的重要途径;优秀的编辑团队是办精品学报的人才保证。The key to a quality journal lies in the academic level of its contributions. This paper discusses the factors that affect the academic quality of a journal and concludes that the sufficient contributions are the basis, the perfect proofing and editing system is the guarantee, the unique construction is the important path and an excellent editing team is the talent assurance.
