DMBT1在食管鳞癌中的表达及其生物学意义

摘　　要：目的探讨食管鳞癌组织中抑癌基因DMBT1的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学和原位杂交技术检测了70例食管鳞癌组织，23例切缘正常组织中DMBT1蛋白和DMBT1 mRNA的表达情况。结果DMBT1蛋白和DMBT1 mRNA在癌组织中的表达减弱或呈阴性，DMBT1蛋白、DMBT1 mRNA的表达与食管鳞癌组织的分化程度、淋巴结构转移有关（P〈0．05），与癌组织的浸润深度无关（P〉0．05）。结论DMBT1蛋白、DMBT1 mRNA的表达减弱是食管鳞癌组织低分化和高度恶性的生物学标志，并与淋巴结的转移密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of DMBT1 in Esophageal squamous carcinoma and the relationships to biological behavior of the cancer. Methods The expression of DMBT1 was examined by immunohistochemistry （IHC） and in situ hybridyzation （ISH） in 70 cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma and 23 cases of incisal margin normal tissues. Results The expression of DMBT1 protein and DMBTlmRNA in esophageal squamous carcinoma was weak or negative. The expression of DMBT1 protein and DMBTlmRNA was related with histological differentation degree, lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It was suggested that the weak or negative expression of DMBT1 protein and DMBT1 mRNA could be a biological markers of poor differention , high malignancy and lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous carcinoma tissue.
