摘　　要：高技术企业协作R&D网络是系统性创新的一种基本制度安排,网络的结构影响网络协作和网络绩效。本文从高技术企业协作R&D网络的构成要素、结构维度、联结模式、组织类型四个方面研究了高技术企业协作R&D网络的结构特征,指出了恰当选择、构建、调整协作R&D网络对推进我国高技术企业协作R&D的开展与技术创新能力提升具有重要的现实指导意义。High - tech enterprises cooperative R＆D networks are a sort of primarily institutional arrangement of the systematic innovation, and their structural characteristics influence the networks cooperation and networks performance. This paper studies the structural characteristics of high - tech enterprises cooperative R＆D networks from four perspectives, namely structural elements, structural dimensions, connecting modes and organizational types, and points out that proper choosing, building and adjusting cooperative R＆D networks is of great practical guiding significance to promote the development of cooperative R＆D and technological innovation activities of Chinese high - tech enterprises.
