摘 要:研究了CSP轧机扭振对垂振的影响,探讨了二者之间的耦合关系。结合现场采集的实测数据,应用有限元软件ANSYS对轧机机座做了模态分析和谐响应分析,得到扭振发生后辊系的频率-位移曲线,说明在一定的条件下,传动系统扭转振动能够引起垂直系统振动。对于F3轧机,当传动系统与水平二阶固有频率相接近时,整个轧机系统就会一起发生振动,测得该频率为42.75 Hz,与仿真结果相吻合。The paper explains the coupling relationship between the torsional vibration and vertical vibration of a roll system. Combining with the field testing data, a modal and harmonic response analysis of a mill stand was made by using finite element method. On analysis,the torsional vibration can result in mill-stand system vertical vibration under certain conditions, and the frequency-displacement curves of the roll system during torsional vibration were obtained. As far as the F3 mill of this CSP is concerned,if the natural frequency of the driving system is close to the natural frequency of the second mode of horizontal vibration, vibrations all over the mill would take place. The measured natural frequency is 42.75 Hz, which coincides with the simulation result.
